Rush Orders (1 business day)
Items from our rush order range are dispatched the same day you order.
Cut off time for rush orders is 11:00 am Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 11:00 am will be processed and ready for collection the following business day.
Selected Click & Collect? Your rush order will be ready and available for pick up from our Auburn warehouse from 15:00 pm.
Standard Production (6 - 7 business days)
We take pride in fulfilling our processing and printing timeframes on time and often ahead of schedule.
If you need your order dispatched urgently, please use our Rush Order service or reach out to us after placing your order, and where possible will assist you with expediting your order as quickly as possible.
Ordered a rush order item and standard production item together? We will aim to process your order as quickly as possible, however standard production times will apply if stock is required to be ordered from suppliers.
In the event of delay due to stock, our team will advise you of the delay and will process your order as quickly as possible. Please note that any delay due to stock or shipping does not warrant a refund, as we still process, print and ship your order in an expedited time frame.
Click & Collect
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email notification advising your order is ready for collection from our Auburn NSW warehouse.
Pick up is from 52a Hampstead Road, Auburn NSW 2144.
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 am - 16:30 pm
Friday: 08:30 am - 16:00 pm

Late or Lost Parcel
We provide tracking information on all purchases; upon shipment of your order, an email will be sent with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, please contact the freight carrier immediately and lodge an investigation.
Important note, most freight carriers only maintain records for a period of 30 days, after 30 days from the date the goods are picked up by the freight carrier from our warehouse, they do not accept responsibility for any loss. Please ensure any late deliveries are reported to the freight carrier within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
