Shipping Information
The delivery time for international shipping is dependent on the freight carrier and typically takes up to 25 days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs
Our standard shipping rate is a flat fee of $18.00 plus $6.00 per item. For example:

1 items: $24.00
2 items: $30.00
3 items: $36.00
And so on...

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details, allowing you to stay up-to-date on the status of your delivery.

 

Standard Shipping 

Shipping Information
The delivery time for standard shipping is dependent on the freight carrier and typically takes between 2 to 7+ business days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs
Our standard shipping rate is a flat fee of $10.00 plus $0.30 per item. For example:

1 items: $10.30
2 items: $10.60
3 items: $10.90
And so on...

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details, allowing you to stay up-to-date on the status of your delivery.

Urgent Deliveries
If you require expedited delivery, we recommend selecting our Express Shipping option at checkout. Alternatively, you can organise your own same day courier or uber delivery.

 

Express Shipping 

Shipping Information
Our Express Shipping option ensures your order is sent via Australia Post's Express service, guaranteeing fast and reliable delivery.
While most orders are delivered the next business day, please note that delivery times may vary for rural areas, taking up to 1-3 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather or high volumes of mail.

Customer Arranged Shipping

Step 1: Order Ready Notification
Once your order is complete, we'll send you an email notification confirming it's ready for shipping.
This email will include all the necessary parcel details,  such as dimensions and weights, so you can arrange your freight carrier shipment.

Step 2: Book Your Freight Carrier and Send Us the Label
After booking your freight carrier shipment
, please email the consignment label to info@createapparel.com.au so that we can attach it to your parcel(s).

Important:
* Please note our warehouse hours of operation when scheduling freight carrier shipment pick ups.
* We cannot be held responsible for consignment labels not being provided to us in a timely manner, resulting in failed or out-of-hours pick ups.

Click & Collect

Order Ready for Collection
Once your order is complete, we'll send you an email notification informing you that it's ready to be collected from our warehouse.

Same Day Printing Orders
If you've placed a Same Day Printing order, your order will be ready for collection from 2:30 pm onwards.

Important:
Please wait for the email notification before coming to the warehouse to collect your order. This ensures that your order is packed and ready for you to collect.

Late or Lost Parcel

Tracking Your Order
We provide tracking information for all shipped orders, so you can stay up-to-date on the status of your delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking details.

Investigating Late or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date provided by the freight carrier, please contact them immediately and lodge an enquiry. 
It's essential to act quickly, as most freight carriers only maintain records for only 30 days from the date of pick up from our warehouse. After this time, they will not accept responsibility for any loss.

Reporting Late Deliveries
To ensure a swift resolution, please report any late deliveries to the freight carrier within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

Unclaimed Orders

Important Notice
Please note that orders not collected within four (4) months of the dispatch date will be considered abandoned and cannot be claimed for a refund or replacement. To avoid disappointment, it is crucial to collect your order within this timeframe.

Charity Donation
After the specified period, any unclaimed orders will be donated to charity. We encourage you to collect your order promptly to ensure you recieve your items and avoid contributing to unnecessary waste.
