Yes — digital (DTF) printing has no minimum order. Order 1 piece or 100, same easy process. Embroidery has a minimum of 12 pieces. So whether you need one shirt for a new starter or a full team run, both are available.

Digital (DTF) printing gives you full colour — any logo, any graphic, no colour limits, no minimum orders. Great for casual shirts, tees and event apparel where you want a vibrant, sharp result.

Embroidery is stitched thread — a raised, premium finish that looks sharp on business shirts, polos, jackets and caps. Minimum 12 pieces. For corporate, hospitality and healthcare uniforms that need to look professional and last through daily washing, embroidery is the preferred finish.

You can combine both on the same garment — embroidery on the chest and DTF print on the back for example.

Digital printing is 7 business days standard turnaround. Embroidery is 10 business days. Rush production is available on digital printing for a 25% surcharge — ready in 3–4 business days. Same day printing is available on selected products if ordered before 10am from our Auburn, Sydney studio.

Vector files (AI, EPS or SVG) give the cleanest result for both printing and embroidery. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works well for digital printing — minimum 300 DPI. If there's a print quality issue or we've made an error on our end, we fix it at no cost to you. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a return shipping label. Once the item is back with us we'll reprint or refund immediately — no arguments, no questions asked.
