Yes — and this is one of the best features of our online designer. Upload your logo or artwork and it appears on the actual garment in real time. Move it, resize it, change the garment colour — all updating live on screen. What you see in the designer is what gets printed. No surprises when it arrives.

Vector files (AI, EPS or SVG) give the cleanest result and are ideal for logos. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works well — minimum 300 DPI. Our primary print method is direct digital printing (DTF - DTG). Your design is printed onto a special film and heat pressed onto the garment. The result is a full colour, flexible print that sits on the fabric without cracking or fading. No colour limits — gradients, photos and complex multi-colour logos all print exactly as they look on screen.

Yes — chest, back, sleeve, collar, anywhere you like. The online designer lets you position your design exactly where you want it and see how it looks before you order. The most popular placement is left chest, but full back prints and sleeve prints are common too — especially for event tees and group orders.

Standard turnaround is 7 business days from our Auburn, Sydney studio — from the day you order to dispatch. Same day printing is available on selected products if you order before 10am — collect same day in Sydney or we dispatch immediately. Rush production is available for a 25% surcharge and gets your order ready in 3–4 business days.

Yes — mix sizes freely within any order. If you need 2 smalls, 3 mediums, 4 larges and 1 extra large, just select the quantities for each size at checkout. No restrictions, no extra charges for mixing sizes.

Perfect if you're waiting on the group to confirm sizes, or want to show the design to someone before committing. No expiry — your design stays exactly as you left it.

Yes — embroidery is available from 12 pieces on selected products. It gives a raised, premium stitched finish that looks particularly sharp on polos, caps and jackets. Look for the embroidery option on the individual product page, or contact us to discuss. For orders under 12 pieces, digital printing is the only option — and it produces excellent results.

If there's a print quality issue or we've made an error on our end, we fix it at no cost. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a return shipping label. Once the item is back with us we'll reprint or refund immediately — no questions asked. Because every item is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Yes — we ship from Auburn, Sydney to every state and territory in Australia and to New Zealand. Standard dispatch is within 7 business days. Most Australian addresses receive within 1–4 business days of dispatch. Same day available on selected products in Sydney if you order before 10am.
