You set a retail price for each product in your store — higher than our wholesale cost. When a supporter orders, they pay your retail price. We charge you the wholesale cost. The difference is your fundraising profit. For example, if a tee costs $20 wholesale and you sell it for $35, your cause earns $15 from every tee sold. Those profits are paid automatically via PayPal on the 1st of every month.

Standard orders are printed and dispatched within 7 business days from our Auburn, Sydney studio. Delivery after dispatch depends on the supporter's location — most Australian addresses receive within 1–4 business days of dispatch. We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Yes — you can run your store for as long or as short as you like. Some groups keep their store open permanently for ongoing fundraising. Others run a two-week campaign, close it and we print and ship all orders within 7 business days of closing. No minimum sales target — even a single order gets printed and shipped.

Yes — your store is fully white labelled as your cause or organisation. You upload your logo, cause artwork or campaign design and it appears on the products in your store. Supporters see your brand, not Create Apparel's. The print method is full colour DTF digital printing — any design, any colours, no restrictions.

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for each order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We recommend displaying a sizing guide clearly in your store so supporters can choose confidently before ordering. If there's a print quality issue or an error on our end, we arrange a return shipping label at no cost and reprint or refund immediately.
