MerchSprint is a Shopify plugin for brands that already have or want a full Shopify store. More control over promotions, design and product range — but requires a Shopify subscription. Both are free to start. Not sure which? Start with the built-in store and upgrade to MerchSprint later if you need more.

Absolutely — and plenty of our members do exactly this. Once you register, wholesale pricing is active on everything immediately. Use it purely to order gear for your own team, business or personal use at a better price, with no obligation to set up a store or sell anything. Think of it as a trade account — log in, order what you need, done. If you decide later that you want to start selling, that option is always there.

When a customer orders from your store, we receive the order automatically, print it, pack it and ship it directly to your customer from our Auburn, Sydney warehouse. Your branding is on the store — not ours. Your customer receives their order without any Create Apparel packaging or branding. You never see or touch the stock.

Profits are transferred automatically to your PayPal account on the 1st of every month. Your profit is the difference between the wholesale price you paid and the retail price your customer paid. There's nothing to invoice, nothing to chase — it's fully automatic.

Yes — you set whatever retail price you like in your store. We show you the wholesale cost and you decide your markup. Most of our wholesale members mark up between 30–60% above wholesale cost. The higher your retail price, the more profit per order.

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for each order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We recommend making your sizing guide clearly visible in your store.

If there's a print quality issue or an error on our end, we cover it completely. We'll send a return shipping label at no cost to you or your customer, and once the item is back with us we'll reprint or refund immediately. No arguments, no questions asked.

No minimum — ever. Your wholesale account stays active regardless of how many orders you place. Order once a year or every day — your wholesale pricing remains in place with no conditions.

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Once registered, order any product at wholesale pricing to check the quality before you list it in your store. Since everything is printed on demand, ordering a sample first is the best quality assurance step you can take. Most members order 1–3 samples before going live with their store.

Our full range — tees, hoodies, polos, caps, bags, accessories and more from AS Colour, Gildan, OC Apparel and other leading brands. Once registered you can browse everything at wholesale pricing. If you use MerchSprint you can also add products from outside our range to your Shopify store.

Standard orders are printed and dispatched within 7 business days from our Auburn, Sydney studio. Delivery after dispatch depends on your customer's location — most Australian addresses receive within 1–4 business days of dispatch. We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
