If you need your order delivered urgently, we suggest selecting our Express Shipping option at checkout, or alternatively, you can contact us directly for a quote on same day delivery.

All Express Shipping orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service and usually delivered the next day; however, delivery times may vary for rural locations and can take up to 1-3 business days.
Organise My Own Courier
Once the production time for your order is complete, we'll send you an email notification confirming that your order is ready for shipping.
This email will include all parcel information, including dimensions and weights, allowing you to arrange your own courier delivery.
Once you've booked your courier, please email the consignment label to info@createapparel.com.au so that we can attach it to your parcel/s.
Please note that when scheduling courier pick-ups, it's important to take note of our warehouse hours of operation.
We cannot be held responsible for consignment labels not being provided to us in a timely manner, resulting in futile pick-ups or pickups outside of our operating hours.
Click & Collect
Once the production time for your order is complete, we'll send you an email notification informing you that your order is ready for collection.
For Rush orders, your order will be ready for collection from 2:30 pm onwards.
Please ensure that you wait for the email notification before coming to the warehouse to collect your order.

Late or Lost Parcel
We provide tracking information for all shipped orders.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email containing the tracking details.
In the unlikely event that your order isn't delivered by the estimated delivery date provided by the freight carrier, please contact them immediately and lodge an enquiry.
It's important to note that most freight carriers maintain records for only 30 days.
After 30 days from the date the goods are picked up from our warehouse, they will not accept responsibility for any loss.
Therefore, we advise that any late deliveries are reported to the freight carrier within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

Unclaimed Orders
Please be advised that any orders not collected within six (6) months of the order dispatch date will forfeit the right to claim a refund or replacement for unclaimed orders. It is imperative that you collect your order within this timeframe to avoid disappointment, as any unclaimed orders will be donated to charity after the specified period.
