Set up a wholesale store your members shop from — your members browse your branded online shop, order individually, and we print and ship each order directly to them. You set the prices, keep the margin and get paid monthly via PayPal. No stock to hold, no orders to manage.

All three options are available. You can start with one and switch to another anytime — or use all three.

Absolutely — and a lot of our members do exactly this. Once you register for a free wholesale account, your wholesale pricing is active on everything immediately. You can use it purely to order gear for yourself, your team or your club at a better price, with no obligation to set up a store or sell to anyone.

Think of it as your trade account — log in, order what you need at wholesale pricing, done. If you ever want to set up a store and start selling to your members, that option is always there. But there's no pressure and no requirement to ever use it.

Your members can order completely individually — one hoodie at a time if they want. That's the whole point of the wholesale store. They browse, choose their size and colour, pay online, and we print and ship directly to their door. You never touch a single order. Standard turnaround is 7 business days from our Auburn, Sydney studio. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location — most Australian addresses receive within 1–4 business days of dispatch.

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Order 1 piece at standard pricing, see the print quality and garment feel in person, then go bigger with confidence. No minimum on digital printing means you're never forced to commit to 50 pieces before you know you love the result.

Digital printing gives you full colour — any logo, any graphic, any number of colours with no restrictions. Works on most fabrics, no minimum orders, and prints exactly as your design looks on screen. Great for tees, hoodies, tanks and most gym and sports apparel.

Embroidery is stitched thread — gives a premium, raised finish that's particularly good on polos and jackets. Minimum 12 pieces for embroidery. If you want the logo on a polo shirt to look sharp and professional, embroidery is the way to go.

Both are available and you can even combine them — embroidery on the chest, digital print on the back for example.

Please note: embroidery is not available on wholesale store as there is a minimum order of 12.

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for each individual order, we can't accept exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We recommend displaying your sizing guide clearly in your store so members can choose confidently before ordering.

If there's a print quality issue or we've made an error on our end, it's a different story entirely. Just contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll send a return shipping label so the item comes back to us at no cost to you or your member. Once we receive it we'll reprint or refund immediately — no questions asked.
