Yes — digital printing has no minimum order at all. Upload your logo, choose your garment, see your proof on screen and order 1 piece. Perfect for testing quality before you commit to a larger run, or for a sole trader who just needs one or two pieces at a time.

Digital printing gives you full colour — any logo, any graphic, as many colours as you like with no restrictions. It prints directly onto the fabric and sits flat on the garment. No minimum orders. Great for tees, hi-vis, hoodies and most workwear.

Embroidery is stitched thread — it gives a raised, premium finish that looks particularly sharp on polo shirts, jackets and caps. Minimum 12 pieces for embroidery. If you want your company logo on a polo to look professional and last the distance on a work site, embroidery is the way to go.

You can also combine both on the same garment — embroidery on the chest, DTF print on the back for example.

Digital printing is 7 business days standard turnaround. Embroidery is 10 business days standard. Rush production is available on digital printing for a 25% surcharge — ready in 3–4 business days. Same day printing is available on selected products if you order before 10am from our Auburn, Sydney studio.

Yes — we print on hi-vis polos, tees and jackets from JB's Wear and Syzmik. Digital printing works well on hi-vis fabric and gives you a sharp, full colour result. If you need your ABN, company name or logo on hi-vis gear, design it online and order from 1 piece.

Yes — mix sizes freely within any order. If you need 3 smalls, 5 mediums, 4 larges and 2 extra larges, just select the quantities for each size at checkout. No restrictions, no extra charges for mixing sizes.

Yes — our volume discount applies across your entire order. Mix polos, tees, hoodies, hi-vis and jackets all in the same order and the total quantity determines your discount tier. You don't need to order the same product or the same design. The more pieces in your order, the more you save — automatically at checkout.

Vector files (AI, EPS or SVG) give the cleanest result and are ideal for any print or embroidery job. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works well for DTF printing — minimum 300 DPI. Avoid JPGs, screenshots or Word documents as these produce blurry results. Anywhere you like — chest, back, sleeves. Our online designer lets you position your logo exactly where you want it and see how it looks before you order. The most popular placement for workwear is left chest logo, but back prints and sleeve prints are common too, especially for construction and trade crews.

If there's a print quality issue or we've made an error on our end, we fix it immediately. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a return shipping label at no cost to you. Once the item is back with us we'll reprint or refund — no arguments, no questions asked. We stand behind the quality of every order we produce.

Yes — we ship from our Auburn, Sydney warehouse to every state and territory in Australia. Standard dispatch is within 7 business days for digital printing and 10 business days for embroidery. Most Australian addresses receive their order within 1–4 business days of dispatch.
